Returns

As our products are food items, we do not accept returns once the package has been delivered.

However, we will gladly assist if:

• You receive the wrong product.
• The product arrives damaged during transit.
• The package is tampered with before delivery.

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds & Replacements

After verifying your claim, we may provide one of the following:

• A replacement product, or
• A full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
